Dr. Jane Lynch

Dr. Jane Lynch, Director for the Centre of Public Value Procurement at Cardiff University, brings over thirty five years' experience in procurement and supply. Her research-led expertise in public procurement includes collaborative working, innovation, and social value. Jane is experienced at leading procurement audits and health checks, and in 2023 was a recipient of the Individual of the Year Award at The Government Opportunities (GO) Awards Wales, a prestigious accolade which evidences her contributions to public procurement.
